The business need
Help patients understand the available services and find the right route to book or provide consultation information, while giving the pharmacy team a structured way to review requests.
Case Studies
A growing portfolio of websites and connected digital systems designed to solve practical business problems and improve the customer experience.
Delivered healthcare project
The project brought a bespoke pharmacy website, online appointment booking, patient questionnaires and online payments into a mobile-friendly customer experience.

Help patients understand the available services and find the right route to book or provide consultation information, while giving the pharmacy team a structured way to review requests.
A bespoke, mobile-optimised website with service information, appointment booking, patient questionnaires and online payment journeys. The route depends on the service rather than forcing every patient through the same steps.
Condition-specific questionnaires collect information for pharmacy-team review. Service information explains the next step; applicable booking journeys carry the selected service into date selection, details and payment.

Actual public screens captured from the live Gees Chemist website on 12 October 2026. No patient information was entered. These demonstrate delivered functionality; no conversion, revenue or patient-growth uplift is claimed.
Founder-built ecommerce case study
Built and operated by AL Digital founder Amos Lascar: a live Shopify business that served genuine customers and earned revenue from sales.
The storefront, product journey and payment setup were put into practice in a live trading environment, with paid advertising used for customer acquisition.

Turn an ecommerce idea into a customer-ready business. A complete Shopify store was built, payments were configured using PayPal Business, and paid advertising was run to bring prospective customers into the buying journey.
The first genuine sale demonstrated that a customer could discover the store, complete checkout and pay successfully. Multiple genuine sales followed and the business made money from completed purchases. This is revenue evidence, not a claim of profit or a stated revenue figure.
Scaling did not reach the original expectation. An advertising payment issue led to advertising-account suspension and disrupted continued paid acquisition, despite the storefront, checkout and payment journey already functioning.
The project provided first-hand experience of store operations, payments and paid acquisition. It also showed how growth depends on the channels and payment arrangements supporting customer acquisition, as well as the website itself.
Portfolio growth
These sector placeholders show where future case studies will sit. They do not represent completed client projects or claimed results.
A future space for healthcare projects that improve how patients discover services, complete forms and move through booking journeys.

A future space for hospitality work spanning reservations, enquiries, digital menus and connected customer communication.

A future space for service-led businesses that need stronger positioning, qualified enquiries and more efficient digital workflows.

Concept studio
These fictional demonstrations explore how the AL Digital design system can adapt to distinct sectors. They are not client work.
